Job guarantees dispute between VW, works council escalates.

(ADPnews) - Nov 30, 2009 - Bernd Osterloh, chief of the works council of Volkswagen (FRA:VOW), criticised the management for wanting to slash 3% of the headcount at each of the car maker's arms.
